Program Description:

BI Norwegian Business school is an internationally recognized private institution established in 1943. There are eight departments with 26 research centers for business administration, marketing, finance and general management. BI has triple international accreditation and is highly regarded around the world.

BI Norwegian Business School is located in Oslo, Norway. Oslo is Norway's capital and is an important center for regional and global economic activity and culture. Oslo is home to world-class museums and galleries rivaling anywhere else on the European art trail.

There are three types of single rooms available in different locations around Oslo.  Exchange students are guaranteed housing if they apply on time.  The deadlines are May 1 or October 1.  Single rooms in a 2-room apartment range from $360 - $600 per month, + water and electricity. Because this exchange program is part of Bowling Green State University study abroad options, financial aid that could be applied to study on BGSU’s main campus can usually be applied equally to study in the program abroad.

If contacting via email please include your name and ID number along with the program name and semester you are planning to study abroad. For appointments, please also include several days and times that work for you.  

In addition to financial aid, there are International Travel Grants and general Education Abroad scholarship opportunities that are available for students on the Education Abroad WEBSITE. 

Students participating in BGSU exchange programs will pay their tuition and fees as if they were studying at Bowling Green State University. Students are responsible for their own housing, room and board, health insurance, and incidental expenses.

Education Abroad Fee  $50.00
Excess Credit Fee 19+ $200 per credit
CBA Administrative Fee $500 ($100 non-refundable deposit will be due at time of application)
Health Insurance  BGSU health/travel insurance daily rate and details can be found on the Education Abroad Safety, Security & Health web page
  If a student is granted upper level (3000 & 4000) business and tech course equivalencies, they will be charged the additional course fees upon return, when the equivalent course is posted to their record.
